The Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office will perform free marriage ceremonies on Valentine's Day during the “Romance at the Rotunda” event. Couples wishing to get married at this event should take the following steps.
BEFORE February 14:
- Call 575-647-7421 to schedule your marriage application appointment and to schedule a ceremony time slot.
- Both applicants must be present in person to finalize the application. Bring valid identification and $25 to pay for the marriage license.
ON February 14:
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ceremony time to check in at the designated area near the Clerk's Office.
- After the ceremony, return the signed marriage license to the check-in table for recording and filing.
Optional items to bring:
- Bouquet
- Veil
- Rings
- Personalized Vows
- Camera
- Other sentimental items
Spanish-language ceremonies are available upon request.
